The process of identifying of the new MSCGpe members, with the Congregation to which they has been called by God and to which they freely decided to belong, is progressively given through the different stages of formation, in which it is indispensable to obtain the knowledge of the life, work and doctrine of our Mother Foundress, the Servant of God, María Amada del Niño Jesús Sánchez Muñoz.
In this school year 2016 - 2017, as has been done in previous courses, our Junioras Sisters, who have been in intensive preparation to make their definitive commitment to the Heart of Jesus and to the Church through the Perpetual Vows, took the opportunity to come to drink from the sources of the foundation, knowing the original writings of the Servant of God Maria Amada, who are in custody in the Historical Archive of her Cause of Canonization.
The six Junioras Sisters were attending classes, in the Archive facilities to know from first hand, the Collection consisting of an approximate 18 thousand documents. The contact with the documents that support the personal identity of the Servant of God, as well as those she wrote (her Spiritual Diary, Consciousness Account, Circulars and many more) provided the sisters with a deep, strong, and emotional experience. Which allowed them to know more about the person of our Mother Foundress María Amada, to value her example, and to savor her teachings as the mother and teacher of the consecrated life.
Our Novice Sisters, who prepare for two years to make their religious profession, also had the opportunity to approach for the first time to the Historical Archive of our dear Founding Mother, to leaf, feel, and spell, in a certain way, her writings, since it is a style of calligraphy and expressions of the past century not usual today. At the same time, they went into several sessions at the Estancia of the Servant of God Maria Amada, to discover through their personal objects that the Congregation has a great affection for the history and spirituality of this great woman whom God raised in the Church for the extension of his Kingdom in the world.
Both the novices and the junioras were greatly enriched by this unique training experience, for they became more identified with Our Mother Foundress, to grew in filial love for her, and they assimilated for their lives those exemplary teachings and experiences of the Servant of God that they knew they needed during their formative process to following Christ. These achievements were reflected in the interesting tasks that they creatively and responsibly developed throughout this course.
We hope that our younger sisters, the novices, who will soon make their first religious vows, as the Junioras, who are about to receive their definitive engagement ring as wives of the Most Beloved Heart of Jesus, continue to grow in love and meaning of belonging to our beloved Congregation, as faithful daughters of the Servant of God, Mary Amada del Niño Jesus.
